skin problems:
Tomatoes:
Tomato is great in taste, as well as, it is excellent for
skin. Eating tomato provides vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K to our body.
If a person is suffering from skin acne problem then he can use tomato, since
its vitamin composes it as an acne healer. That’s why eat more and more tomato
to get rid of acne problem. Carrot:
Carrot has high beta carotene which delivers vitamin A into
the human body. It is very helpful for the human skin since it fixes skin
tissue and protects human skin from the harmful rays of the sun. In summer, a
