HOW TO STAY HAPPY

Often you will get in a dilemma regarding a question ‘What is the ultimate goal of this human life?’ If you try to search an answer to this question within your surroundings, you might be ended up with answers like Money, Good Package, Relationship, Fame, and Comfort etc.  Since the current scenario is only teaching us that money or success is the ultimate goal in the life of human being. But there is a part of human life which you can’t buy from money and which you can’t get on rent by your monthly paycheck.  That part is Happiness. Yes, it is a part of the human life and we can also say that happiness is necessitated and foundation of a human life. However, many people are not enjoying this vital aspect of the human life. For most of the people, happiness is just a temporary part and stress is permanent. Everyone is wishing to stay happy all the time, but they fail to do so. Staying happy now becomes a dream for most of the people. So what should be done?

Tips for how to stay happy:

Staying happy isn’t impossible, one only has to follow few simple steps to stay happy: -

Love Yourself: 

Think yourself as the cutest and delightful person in the world! Accept yourself as you are: This is the secret of happiness! If you started loving yourself you will find a positive change in your thinking. After that, you will start respecting and honoring yourself.

Don’t Compare Your Self with Others:

Be original and don’t try to compare yourself with others, since, comparing is the root of unhappiness. Respect the gifts of the god you have got i.e. your qualities, your family, your life, your friends etc; those all gifts are beyond comparison. 

Be Healthy:

Health is the biggest wealth of the world! That’s why, eat healthily and exercise frequently, if you will be healthy then your mind will automatically create positive thoughts. 
Create a Positive Environment: Live with positive people/friends, read positive books/quotes etc. As the positive mind is a happy mind.

Be in the Company of Happy People:

Try to seek out a happy friend, since if you spend your time in her/his company then your mind will automatically shift in the cheerful state.

These words are the key to happiness, being thankful for the things you have got and also say Thank You on small. Always be Thankful to the god for this precious life!

Seek out the Opportunities to Be Happy: 

Never miss any opportunity which can make you happy like the party, hang out with friends, vacation etc. Also, find a hobby or work of your interest which makes you happy.

Avoid Negativity:

Try to avoid the negative news, friends, video, place etc. Also, try to replace your negative thoughts with positive one; it is not easy but by practicing you can perform it.

Live a Busy Life:

Don’t be free, try to keep yourself busy in some kinds of activity. You can work on your hobby in your spare time, you can read a book, and you can play outdoor games etc, just keep your mind busy in any kind of positive activity.

Visit Your Favorite Place:

There is some kind of magic in our favorite places whether they are natural or historical  modern. They incredibly provide us a special type of happiness. That’s why try to visit your favorite place frequently.
